The housing is made of aluminum and the power cord is 2.5m long. The PDU is mounted onto rack rails or to a flat surface after turning the mounting elements. Sockets type GST18 are used in power supply installations in intelligent buildings. They are mounted directly on the cables and their advantage is the possibility of connecting such equipment as lighting or power strips without disconnecting the power supply circuit. This gives the possibility of safe work also for people without proper authorization in the field of electrical installations.
